  • The residential building "Trnas III" is a continuation of the successfully implemented project to build the residential building "Trnas I and II", which is located in Zagreb on the Savica River, Trnjanski nasip IV street.
  • The "Trnas III" project consists of four above-ground floors with a total of 58 residential units and one underground floor with 70 garage parking spaces and 6 outdoor parking spaces.
  • The building has two entrances, north and south, with 29 apartments in each entrance.
  • Construction of the residential building began in December 2024, and occupancy is planned for the summer of 2026.
  • A+ energy class of a building is a certificate that guarantees customers better energy performance of the building, which means that there are significant savings in heat and electricity, and thus less consumption.
