Short description of the project

The project "INVESTMENT IN A PRODUCTION OFFICE BUILDING" enables the company "MDK" Građevinar" to improve its space by building a production office building that will directly affect the distribution and sale of waterproofing products. The purpose of the investment is also to strengthen the market position and increase competitiveness.

The investment project was registered for the use of investment support under the Investment Promotion Act

Project goals

The general goal of the project is to increase the development potential of production, sales and distribution, which will contribute to strengthening the ability to compete on the domestic and foreign markets.

Specific objectives that represent the purpose of the project are:

construction and equipping of a production office building and procurement of machines and equipment necessary for the production, packaging and manipulation of goods as well as machines needed in the production process,
improving the organization of the distribution process,
development of a new product range
recruitment of new employees.

Improvement of production, sales and distribution operations in the business process with the aim of delivering goods and improving the work process,
Increase in sales revenue,
Increasing the number of employees,
Increasing competitiveness on the market
Improving business processes through a more productive and efficient logistics approach and system, which will directly affect the production process through increasing productivity and reducing costs,
Achieving a more competitive product price through savings in the distribution and production process (effective management of production, inventory and packaging, and an efficient system of storage and distribution of goods),
Contribution to the increase of all parameters of growth and development as well as strengthening and consolidating the place on the market.
