Short description of the project
The project "Increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of business operations of crafts "MDK" Developer, trade, services and agriculture through the application of ICT solutions" enables craft "MDK" Developer, trade, services and agriculture competitive advantage in the form of improving business processes and increasing economy and efficiency in the construction and reconstruction of residential and non-residential buildings, in order to meet the requirements and needs of existing customers, and attract new ones. The acquisition of software and hardware solutions will enable acceleration and integration of business processes, which will consequently affect the increase in sales revenues and the recruitment of new employees, with the aim of improving the competitiveness and efficiency of crafts.
The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund
Project goals
The overall goal of the project is to strengthen the market position and competitiveness of entrepreneurs in Krapina-Zagorje County through investment in information and communication technology
Specific objectives that represent the purpose of the project are:
Procurement of modern technology (software and hardware solutions), and education of employees;
Introducing new processes to meet the requirements of existing customers and acquisition of new ones.
Expected results
20% increase in sales revenues
Taking business to a higher technological level
Increase in market share and sales revenues
Increasing the number of employees and preserving existing jobs
Reduction of costs, i.e. savings on all segments of business processes in costs and time due to losses so far caused by inability to control materials, goods, stocks and costs
Increase the work efficiency of employees
Contribute to the increase of all set growth and development parameters at the level of Krapina-Zagorje County and the Republic of Croatia
