Specification

  • The "SZ OROSLAVJE II" project consists of five above-ground floors with a total of 62 residential units and one underground floor with 54 garage parking spaces, 33 storage rooms and 19 outdoor parking spaces.
  • The building has one entrance and an elevator for easy access to all floors.
  • Construction of the residential building began in the summer of 2026, and occupancy is planned for the end of 2027.
  • A+ energy class of a building is a certificate that guarantees customers better energy performance of the building, which means that there are significant savings in heat and electricity, and thus less consumption.
  • PVC joinery with ALU shutters and triple-layer glass.
  • Mosquito nets included, superior insect protection.

  • Low-noise garage door with remote-controlled electric motor.
