OROSLAVJE II

• The residential building "SZ OROSLAVJE II" at Antuna Mihanovića 9 is a continuation of the successfully completed project to build the residential building "SZ OROSLAVJE I", located in Oroslavje, Gajeva Street.
• The "SZ OROSLAVJE II" project consists of five above-ground floors with a total of 62 residential units and one underground floor with 54 garage parking spaces, 33 storage rooms and 19 outdoor parking spaces.
• The building has one entrance and an elevator for easy access to all floors.
• Construction of the residential building began in the summer of 2026, and occupancy is planned for the end of 2027.

• A+ energy class of a building is a certificate that guarantees customers better energy performance of the building, which means that there are significant savings in heat and electricity, and thus less consumption.

• PVC joinery with ALU shutters and triple-layer glass.
• Mosquito nets included, superior insect protection.
• All apartments have burglar-proof and fire-resistant doors that are also soundproofed, which ensures a more relaxed living experience.

• In the living and sleeping rooms there are radiators, while in the bathrooms there are radiators "lojtrice".

• The floors of the apartments are covered with two-layer finished parquet, MDF skirting, painted with PU varnish, matte white color, typical aluminum profiles at the joints of different types of floors.
• The finished walls were smoothed and painted with white semi-dispersive paint.

• The bathrooms are equipped with sanitary facilities: cisterns, toilet, sink, shower and taps.
• Electric underfloor heating in bathrooms.

• Electric meter and central switch are located in the apartment
• Telephone and TV sockets are provided in the bedrooms
• Kitchen electrical equipment: ceiling light, stove outlet, refrigerator socket, dishwasher socket, belt socket above the worktop and kitchen hood outlet
• Electrical equipment of the bathroom: ceiling light extract, power outlet for the overhead light above the washbasin, socket with water protection
• Thermostat in the living room, telephone and TV outlets
• Installation of a common antenna satellite system − the possibility of connecting cable TELEVISION
• UTP cable and fiber optic cable for internet connection.

• Water meters for each apartment are in the cabinets in the hallway of the staircase, and each apartment has a main water valve.
• Due to separate meters, tenants can influence their own consumption and thus save on monthly utility bills.
• Plumbing installations made using PEX pipes, sewer risers made with low-noise pipes to reduce noise.
